矿用输送带的使用注意事项
①在所有安置带式输送机的巷道最低洼处增大托辊架密度，即在每个托辊架间增加2个托辊架，以减小此处托辊架跨距，输送带运送煤矸经聚氨酯软管 PVC软管 隔离墩模具 u型槽模具 护坡模具 pvc输送带 尼龙输送带 天津除甲醛 北京除甲醛过低洼处不再下垂于托辊架空内。
(1) increasing the density of the roller frame in the lowest depressions
of all the belt conveyors, that is, adding 2 rollers between each
roller frame to reduce the span of the roller frame here, and the
conveyer belt is no longer drooping in the roller overhead through the
low-lying areas.
②在托辊架上焊接几个加固支架，各焊接口采用补焊来增加托辊架强度；在安放托辊的槽口上方增设挂耳钩环来固定托辊，使托辊不会被砸下。
Secondly, several reinforcement supports are welded on the roller frame, and the welding joints are welded to increase the strength of the roller frame; the hooked ring is added above the slot of the placement rollers to fix the rollers so that the rollers will not be smashed.
③制作4个U形环，把拉紧小车的4个角固定在钢轨上，防止其上下跳动和左右摆动，避免掉道，但不妨碍前后移动，既不影响根据工况调整输送带张紧力，也不影响拉紧装置正常工作。
(3) making 4 U rings to fix the 4 corners of the pulling trolley on the rail to prevent it from jumping up and down and swinging left and right and avoiding the path, but it does not interfere with the movement of the front and back, neither affects the tension of the conveyor belt in accordance with the working condition, nor does it affect the normal work of the tightening device.
④所有给煤机卸料口重新更换卸料斗，并倾斜一定角度，在其下部增设缓冲件，大块煤矸不再直接砸在输送带上，减少其对输送带的冲击力。
All the unloading ports of the coal machine are replaced by the replacement hopper, and a certain angle is inclined, and the buffer parts are added in the lower part. The large coal gangue is no longer directly smashed on the conveyer belt to reduce its impact on the conveyor belt.
⑤将所有落煤点导料槽和和输送带皮子加长，并增设3～5M的网式导料护网，大块煤矸落下后便被护网挡住顺着输送带运行方向前移，而不致卡住或掉到托辊架与回程段输送带之间。
(5) to lengthen the guide grooves and conveyer belts of all coal dropping points and add 3 to 5M net guide net. After the fall of large coal gangue, the net is blocked to move forward with the running direction of the conveyer belt, and it is not stuck or dropped to the conveyor belt between the roller frame and the return section.
