在使用过程中,如果出现跑偏,则要作以下检查以确定原因,进行进行调整。输送带跑偏时常检查的部位和处理方法有:
In the course of use, if there is deviation, the following checks should
be made to determine the reasons for the adjustment. The location and
treatment methods of the belt deviation often include:
(1)检查托辊横向中心线与带式输送机纵向中心线的不重合度。如果不重合度值超过3mm,则应利用托辊组两侧的长形安装孔对其进行调整。具体方法是输送带偏向哪一侧,托辊组的哪一侧向输送带前进的方向前移,或另外一侧后移。
(1) check the non alignment degree between the center line of the idler
roll and the longitudinal centerline of the belt conveyor. If the degree
of overlap does not exceed 3mm, the long installation hole on both
sides of the idler should be adjusted. The specific method is which side
the conveyor belt deviates, which side of the roller group moves
forward toward the conveyor belt, or the other side moves backwards.
(2)检查头、尾机架安装轴承座的两个平面的偏差值。若两平面的偏差大于1mm,则应对两平面调整在同一平面内。头部滚筒的调整方法是:若输送带向滚筒

(2) check the deviation of the two planes of the bearing housings on the
head and tail rack. If the deviation of the two plane is greater than
1mm, the two plane should be adjusted in the same plane. Head drum
adjustment method is: if the conveyor belt to the right side of the
roller deviation, then the right side of the roller bearing seat should
move forward or left bearing seat back; if the conveyor belt to the left
side of the roller deviation, then the left side of the roller bearing
seat should move for
